Get rid of fast foods, they are loaded with fats and other fat producing chemicals. Your biggest enemy will be eating out, try to pick healthy foods such as salad, baked potatoes some type of broiled meats.

Go to health food stores where they stock a variety of cleansing products to use for liver cleanse. Many people have a clogged liver which is not working properly. Drinking some organic apple cider vinegar will help eliminate fat cells in your body. Try eating hot pepper with your food, hot and spicy foods can do much for your metabolism. Hot pepper increases metabolism, it also help the body burn fat more properly.

The best way to lose weight is eating properly and exercising regular. If you take control of your eating habits you can begin losing weight. You will lose weight by eating properly, being active or both. You don't have to skip any meals, just be sure not to eat the wrong foods. To lose weight effectively and for a long time, you will need to commit to eating right, getting the proper exercising regular.

I think the jury is still out for coconut oil...

I would drop the baked potatoes and ask for steamed vegetables, or as you suggested a salad. A good seared salmon on top of a salad is excellent.

I have not found that "cleansing" has any positive effect, except lighten my wallet. Your mileage may vary.

I know you were kidding when you said "clogged liver", right?

How is drinking vinegar elminate fat cells?

Indeed capsicum has been shown to have some temporary impact on metabolism, but how does it help the body burn fat more properly?
